What a wonderful way to spend an evening in Lechlade catering for Mike & Helen. During our fourth visit to their very beautiful home, we set up our equipment in their stunning garden. The setting was perfect for the Birthday celebration, the sun shone whilst guests sat together eating, laughing and enjoying the whole ambience of the relaxed happy atmosphere, with a tribute band to Abba playing nearby. On the menu: Two whole Lamb spit roasts and two slow roasted stuffed Turkeys. Chefs’ special pigs in blankets, hot buttered potatoes, with traditional green leaf salad, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onions and ciabatta croutons. Greek feta salad with tomatoes, black olives and vinaigrette dressing. Avocado, cucumber and orange vinaigrette salad.
We provided the best comfort food: very naughty, but very nice and definitely worth the guilt when guests opted for that extra portion! It’s the food that satisfies the mind, body and soul, with good wine, good friends and a darn good lamb roast on a perfect evening. It was a privilege for All Events Hog Roast to be asked to cater at this event.
